Cassington Bike Night 2015

P1030503_edited-1Yesterday once again saw one of the highlights of my motorcycling calendar: the annual Cassington Bike Night.

On the last Monday of June each year the village of Cassington near Oxford hosts the bike night to raise money for the local primary school, and it is an incredibly popular event. For the past few years they have claimed an attendance of around 10,000 bikes, but this year the weather was beautifully sunny and he bikes were out in force; I suspect they have broken all previous records by quite some margin.

It is an excellent, relaxed atmosphere with a wide range of different bikes, from vintage and classics to the latest sports bikes with a wide range of interesting and unusual stuff in between.

Here are just a few pictures of some of the bikes that caught my eye this year.
